That’s right, our trip to Brazil starts right from Rio De Janeiro, also called “A cidade maravilhosa!

Rio is a city with breathtaking beaches, see the very famous Copacabana and Ipanema.
here you can taste caipirinha everywhere, especially on the beach where they also sell traditional local food and much more.
we were able to notice with pleasant surprise that the cocktails are always prepared with fresh fruit and in Brazil there is the best tropical fruit typical of South America, so you can imagine the level of deliciousness of the cocktails.

It must also be said that Rio is quite a dangerous city, or rather, there are places where it is strictly not recommended to go, so you have to be a little alert.
Among the places we feel like recommending are definitely Ipanema beach for its beauty and enchanting sea, Leblon area for its night clubs including “Liz cocktail e Co” a really interesting and high-level cocktail bar.. also the central area of the city “Santa Teresa” is an area full of tradition and art.
another factor to eat is definitely the excellent food that is always served very very abundant! 😎🇧🇷🤟

We’re proud to share one of our recent projects for Giannino, an Italian restaurant located in the heart of London, near Oxford Circus.

For Giannino, we designed their menu from scratch, ensuring it aligned perfectly with the restaurant’s rich history, Italian culture, and refined style. We also curated a selection of unique and signature cocktails, inspired by Giannino’s story, adding a distinctive touch that enhances the restaurant’s character.

Additionally, we collaborated with Giannino’s management to develop a comprehensive spirit list, carefully pricing each item to ensure optimal profitability while maintaining their high standards.

Friday night, we went for the first time to @dukesbarlondon to try their infamous Martini, served by none other than the renowned @alessandro_palazzi. 🍋🍸
All of their Martinis pay a homage to the great Ian Fleming, the legendary writer of the James Bond novels. Our choices were the Vesper Martini and a classic Gin Dry Martini.

Alessandro serves the Martini stirred, contrary to James Bond’s famous preference: “shaken, not stirred”.
